Endgame
by Alina Viola Grumiller
Synopsis
A room with a view... the time-lapse mode functions as the witness in the progression of events. It references the index of its own construction and the inadequacy of representing the whole within time and space.
The window becomes the "real", a physical element symbolizing the "framing" of information. Where and how do we receive/perceive our information of the world?
Construction versus deconstruction, the inside/outside, private/social, emotional/rational, night/day... manifest as the season's progress in the rhythm.
"I say unto you: one must still have chaos in oneself to be able to give birth to a dancing star. I say unto you: you still have chaos in yourselves." — (F. Nietzsche)
